By now you must be aware that Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan threw a Diwali bash this weekend and your Instagram feed would be a testament to the fact that it was a star-studded affair.

All the ‘big’ names from the industry showed up, including Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Karan Johar, Kajol, Madhuri Dixit (to name a few).

But a closer inspection of all the photos revealed a rather interesting fact. Turn out the ‘star -studded’ bash wasn’t so star-studded after all.

The guest list for the Dilwale actor’s party skipped over a few big names form the industry, like Chandrachur Singh.

Shah rukh Khan co-starred with Chandrachur Singh in Josh, a career-defining movie for Shah Rukh, and he ‘forgot’ to invite him?

Aside from Chandrachur Singh, there was also no sign of Darsheel Safary, Prateik Babbar, and that guy who played Frankie Ramdayal in Kal Ho Na Ho.

“The party was lit and all that, but everyone was talking about why Chandrachur Singh wasn’t present at the party,” said Alia Bhatt, “It’s not like Shah Rukh hangs out with him or anything. I’m not even sure that they remember each other, but it was pretty awkward that he wan’t invited.”

Shah Rukh Khan couldn’t be reached for a comment because he has blocked us.
