Whether it’s taking a leap into entrepreneurship or asking for an extra sachet of ketchup at McDonalds, we all have to build up our courage from time to time. But psychology shows bravery isn’t something we’re born with. It’s a muscle that you can strengthen with practice. And this brave 27-year-old Mumbai woman proves it.

When the whole country was moaning about the news of soon-to-be-dearly-departed kaali-peeli taxi cabs, this 27-year-old Mumbai woman woke up and got engaged in her as is typical chores acting as if it was just news about the prime minister visiting yet another city.

#Amul Topical: End of the road for Mumbai’s Premier Padmini taxis!!

A post shared by Amul – The Taste of India (@amul_india) on

When one thinks of the city of dreams: Mumbai, everyone imagines a city of dreamy lights and busy roads with those iconic kaali-peeli cars. The Indo-Italian model that was once more popular than vada-pav in Mumbai (the Maharashtrians are screaming/or maybe not) will be phased out soon. While the production was stopped in 2000, there are less than 50 of the Premier Padmini(s) remaining in the city waiting for their inevitable end in June 2020.

“She always believed in living a carefree life, whether it’s a gas explosion or demise of her grandmother,” says her mother, “Its all about having focus on your daily routine.”

“We are nothing but #ProudAF!” added her father.

The 27-year-old Mumbai woman was unavailable for a comment as she was busy living her best life.
